Are Keratresse products safe for color-treated hair or chemically treated hair?
Yes.

Are Keratresse products sulfate, mineral-oil and paraben free?
Yes, yes and yes!

Does Keratresse test on animals?
Keratresse does not now, nor has it ever tested its products on animals.

Do Keratresse products use alcohol?
Yes, in order to uphold a high level of performance, a certain amount of alcohols are needed for various formulations. However, they are cosmetic-grade alcohols that do not dry or strip the hair. As a result, you can attain the style you want without the undesirable effects that sometimes attributed to alcohols.

Do Keratresse products contain silicone?
Yes. Keratresse strategically utilizes high performance silicones in some of our products to obtain the proper amount flexibility to leave your hair feeling nourished and protected. The silicones that we use are high quality in comparison to other silicones many other hair care companies use that are of lower grade. These lower grade silicones generate residue and build up, leaving the hair weighed down and lifeless. The silicones we use in our products are water-soluble, leaving no build up, no residue and do not weigh down your hair.

Is Keratresse manufactured in the USA?
Yes, all Keratresse products are manufactured in house at either our California or Florida facilities.

Are your products environmentally safe?
Absolutely. Keratresse cares about the safety and the future of our planet. That is why we have made sure to utilize technology in our aerosols that do not omit harsh chemicals into the air when being sprayed. Also, all of our packaging and products are eco-friendly - please recycle!
 

What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ApplePay payments directly from our website, www.keratresse.com, or by contacting us by telephone, at 1-877-863-7700 x2.

Do you accept COD?
No, we do not accept cash on delivery as a form of payment.

Do you accept personal checks?
We do accept personal checks, but caution against using them as they can take up to 10 business days to clear. We recommend instead that you use a money order if you are considering this form of payment. Please call us at 1-877-863-7700 x2 to order via phone.

What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with our product or its results, you may return the unopened portion of your initial purchase for a refund within 30 days. Please call 1-877-863-7700 x3 or email support@keratresse.com and request an RMA number. Inside of the return package include all items you wish to return along with your RMA number, name, address, email address and phone number.

Returns will be processed and we will refund your original purchase cost (excluding shipping and handling) within 5 business days of return package receipt. How are Keratresse® orders shipped?
In order to provide you with the most cost effective and reliable shipping service, all Keratresse® orders are shipped to addresses in the United States via USPS. International orders are shipped by one of our international shipping partners.
