Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Keratresse.com. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened packages within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@keratresse.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Items returned after 30 days from the original purchase date
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Gift cards
